Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of milk (preferably full-fat for a creamier texture)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: Fresh fruits, nuts, or chocolate shavings

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a few tablespoons of cold milk until it forms a smooth paste. This will prevent lumps in your pudding.
  2. Set aside your sugar and vanilla extract for later use.
