Ingredients:

  • 2-3 almonds, chopped

Instructions:

  2. In a bowl, add the hung curd and powdered sugar. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the cardamom powder, saffron strands, chopped pistachios and almonds.
  4. Lastly, add the rose water and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate the shrikhand for 1-2 hours before serving.
  6. Serve chilled with puris or chapatis. Enjoy!
