- Knead the mixture into a soft dough using enough water.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into small balls.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a baking tray and place the baatis on it.
- Bake the baatis for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and keep aside.

- In a pressure cooker, heat the ghee and add the cumin seeds.

- Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
